Do I need a customer account?
No, you can also shop with us as a guest.
But the customer account offers you many advantages: You can store different delivery addresses, save your orders and favorites and you can benefit from special offers and discounts.

Can I still have my address changed?
Please contact our customer service at contact@baqless.com within one hour after placing your order.
If your package has already been shipped, we will not be able to change your address from our side. However, you can control the delivery through our shipping service provider. For registered shipments, you can also change the address via the shipping company using your tracking number.

Warranty
Do the products of Baqless have warranty?
We give a two year warranty on our Baqless products. Baqless stands behind the quality and processing of our products. Should a fault occur nevertheless, our customer service contact@baqelss.com will be happy to help you.
Product & Material
Which materials does Baqless use?
We use only the best materials for our products so that you can enjoy them for a long time (hopefully forever).
The patented Baqless system is made of surgical steel. You can find more information under "Our Innovation".
For Baqless products we use only the best quality of Swarovski zirconia. Imagine: every single zircon is lasered with a tiny swan - the quality seal of Swarovski.
Also the freshwater pearls are of best quality. They come from controlled breeding and are handpicked by our experts. Pearls are a natural product, so there may be differences in color and shape. This is quite normal!
All our diamonds are natural and are carefully selected for size, whiteness and cut. For BaQless it is of utmost importance that our suppliers comply with the rules of the Kimberley Agreement. In the Kimberley Process, the legal rough diamonds are marked as conflict-free by means of a certificate of accompaniment during import and export. This prevents the trade in so-called blood diamonds.
How do I care for my Baqless?
We recommend cleaning your Baqless products at least every 2 weeks. You can simply bathe them in some alcohol (min. 70 Vol%) for a few minutes or clean them with a little mild soap. Then dry them with a clean cloth. Of course ultrasound devices work very well, but not everyone has them at home.
Returns
Can I return Baqless products?
Within 14 days of purchasing a Baqless product, you can return it in new condition for a refund. To do so, register your return with the customer service at contact@baqless.com.
Please note: The products must be returned in perfect condition, unworn and in the original packaging. Only then will Baqless refund your money.
The reason for the return helps us to develop and improve ourselves and our product.
Can I exchange Baqless products?
Unfortunately we cannot yet offer you a direct exchange via our online store. But you can register your products as a return at contact@baqless.com, return them and place a new order.
How can I return my products?
After you have registered your return with our customer service, you can return the products to the following address:

Please note that goods with an order value of at least EUR150 must be returned by registered mail.
How long does it take for a credit note to be issued?
We will try to check your return as soon as possible and arrange the credit. However, this can take up to 14 days after receipt of the return. Thanks for your understanding!

I would like to look at Baqless products before making a purchase. Do you have stores where this is possible?
We are still at the very beginning of our journey and our big goal is to have our own stores or to shine in the shop windows of Baqless representatives. Unfortunately, this is not possible today. We are working on it!

Where does Baqless deliver to?

Which event service providers does Baqless use?
Within Switzerland: Swiss Post AG
Your order will be shipped by A-Post. The letter can also be sent by registered mail.
Within the EU: Collissimo
Your order will be sent by registered mail. You have the possibility to have the package delivered directly to your home or to pick it up at a pick-up station (Point Retrait) in Colissimo. To benefit from the latter, simply select the option "Point Retrait Colissimo" and choose the pickup station of your choice.
How much does shipping cost?
Baqless delivers free of shipping costs.
How long does it take for the product to reach me?
Of course we are trying to process every order as soon as possible. Normally the shipping time is about 2-3 working days. Please note that the delivery time may vary depending on the shipping location and service provider
Can I track my order?
If your order is sent by registered mail, we will send you a tracking number by e-mail. With the help of this number, you can always track exactly where your package is at any given time via the shipping company.
